USE CASES
Particularly useful when surface-level answers aren't enough — and 'Any other comments?' isn't a real question.
Qerie is not a survey
Both formats have their place. Surveys are good for large samples and closed questions. Qerie is good for open questions where the answer is just the beginning of a conversation.
Product teams & researchers
You want to understand why a feature isn’t being used, why users drop off, or what they really want — not just what they would have ticked. Qerie leads the interview, you read the result.
“What made our users abandon the onboarding process — and what would have kept them?”
Core question
“What made our users abandon the onboarding process — and what would have kept them?”
“I had no idea how many more steps were coming.”
“A progress bar would have been enough.”
Trainers & coaches
Rating scales tell you whether your course was good. Qerie shows you why — and what specifically had impact. Each participant group gets the same conversation, and all responses flow into a shared picture.
“I want to know what really landed — not just whether people liked the coffee.”
Core question
“What are you taking away from this training — and what will you actually apply?”
“I’ll start using the feedback loop tomorrow.”
“I would have needed more practice time.”
HR & leaders
Employee surveys deliver numbers. Qerie delivers explanations — GDPR-compliant, without staff having to expose themselves openly. Everyone gets the same conversation, no one is singled out.
“The employee survey tells me: ‘Leadership: 3.1.’ I still don’t know what to change.”
Core question
“What has changed in your day-to-day work over the past six months — positive or negative?”
“I no longer know who to ask about what.”
“Two mandatory office days is too much for my situation.”
TRANSPARENCY
Qerie analyses interviews in two steps: first, each individual interview is semantically summarised. Once enough interviews are available, a second step looks across all summaries for recurring patterns — themes that multiple participants mention independently. Underlying language model: Claude (Anthropic).
After each interview, responses are condensed into a structured summary. No transcript, no raw data.
From 5 interviews, Qerie looks for recurring themes. From 10, semantic clusters are formed — similar statements are grouped.
Core themes with frequency, representative quotes, notable findings. Exportable as PDF or CSV.
The same experience your participants would have — try it right now.
